Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
If cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

Returns & Replacements

We want parents to feel secure when shopping with Mizo Toys.

Replacement requests within 2 days of delivery

Raise a request for replacement within 2 days of delivery if any of the following apply:

The product arrives damaged during shipping
The wrong product is delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect

Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery, and approved replacement items will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

 

Returns within 7 days of delivery

For other eligible issues based on scenarios which are unforeseen, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided:

The product is unused and in original condition with all packaging intact
You share an unboxing video (from seal opening to showing the issue) and clear photos

How to raise a request

Email support@mizotoys.com with your Order ID, photos, and the unboxing video.
If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 4–7 business days.
We arrange free reverse pickup for approved returns.

Not eligible for return

Change of mind / child “did not like it”
Product used, tampered, or returned without original packaging/accessories
Requests raised after the applicable window (2 days for replacement or 7 days for return)
Missing mandatory unboxing video or clear photos

This will be reviewed thoroughly and if found suitable, return/replacement will be approved.


 

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered in general. A refund will be issued only in the following cases:

Product not received or lost in transit
Wrong or damaged product delivered
Order cancelled before shipment
A replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.
Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.
For COD orders (if eligible), refunds are processed via bank transfer after customer confirmation.

 

Important Notes

Delivery timelines can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Misuse of this policy (false claims, repeated returns without cause, missing documentation) may result in denial of service.
If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship. In such cases, shipping cost will be reimbursed.
